A vibrant celebration of art, Minho heritage, and love in spring tones.
Love’s colors are in full bloom. For Anne and Ryan’s destination wedding at the breathtaking Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Viana do Castelo, I created a wedding stationery collection full of intensity, symbolism, and diversity. The splendor of an entirely hand-painted suite, brought to life stroke after stroke, recalls the vibrant glow of sunny days when the first flowers bloom.
Artistic Concept: Detailed line and watercolor architectural illustration of the iconic Sanctuary of Santa Luzia. The floral pattern and tile-inspired details pay a contemporary tribute to Portugal’s rich culture and its distinctive, beautiful light.
Exclusive Elements: Invitation suite featuring a card with fluid classic calligraphy and a hand-painted flap envelope, watercolor place cards, and menus with a blind-embossed flower, alongside a custom-painted keepsake illustration of the Sanctuary for each guest.
Execution & Materials: Signature Design (100% handmade). A rich blend of pen work and whimsical watercolors, crafted on premium handmade cotton paper with deckled edges.
