Digital Images: Where do we begin?
All the work I do is created from scratch; I don’t have a ready-made collection to choose from and deliver.
This format makes A Pajarita’s work more special, and also requires a more specific and detailed approach.
1. QUOTE REQUEST
In our first contact, describe what you have in mind, details you like, and what is essential.
If you still have very open ideas but understand the importance of this item and have already allocated a budget, that can be the starting point, and I will propose options that are already aligned in price and expectation.

Within 48 business hours, I will contact you with an estimated quote.
If you do not receive my proposal within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or, especially for Gmail users, the advertising tab.
2. ORDER
After the initial consultation, we will have a detailed conversation by phone, video call, or in person to discuss your project in detail.
In this meeting, we will define ideas and a work schedule.
To move to the next phase, a prepayment of the quoted amount must be made in cash in person or by bank transfer.

3. CREATIVE PROCESS
After placing your order, I begin my creative process, developing the images based on your expectations and instructions.
The process takes approximately 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped.
4. FROM DREAM TO DELIVERY
When everything is ready, I will contact you and the created images will be sent via WeTransfer, along with the invoice.

What formats are available?
The created images are sent in the size, format, and quality described in the quote.
Normally, the files sent are in JPG format, web-friendly.
Always review the quote to confirm if it’s what you want. If you have any doubts or require a different format, don’t hesitate to ask.
If you require files in other formats and resolutions, please inform us before accepting the quote.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, you will be charged for the work done up to that point, thus forfeiting all the work already created.
By accepting the quote, you agree to the described process.
